Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Netherlands: €7.95 | Free Shipping over €75 | 1 – 2 business days
• EU: €13.95 | Free Shipping over €75  | 3 - 6 business days 

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

📅 Estimated delivery based on order day:

• Monday – Friday before 17:00 Delivered within 1 – 2 business days (e.g. order Monday → delivered Wednesday) Mostly the next day Delivery
• Saturday or Sunday: Processed on Monday, delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Because all of our products are handmade in small batches and are personal care items, we have the following return policy:

• ❌ No returns or exchanges are accepted on opened products. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or used.
• ✅ Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, sealed condition.
• ✅ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amraetheartofbeauty@hotmail.com with a photo and we will make it right.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for an unopened product, please contact us at amraetheartofbeauty@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
